Dashboard (Accounting Tool)
You can access this section from the left menu Accounting >> Dashboard.
In this section, you can view graphs related to revenue from sales to end customers.
Revenue Graph
The graph summarizes total sales net of customer refunds and promotions on each marketplace in the selected period. Hovering over the bars allows you to see the turnover on each marketplace.
Rates Graph
The graph compares sales among different marketplaces in the selected period.
Consumer vs Business Graph
The graph compares sales between private customers and business customers in the selected period.
Invoices Graph
The graph summarizes sales for which an invoice was issued in the selected period. Hovering over the bars allows you to view the detailed value.
Daily Takings Graph
The graph summarizes the daily takings (uninvoiced sales) divided by taxable VAT rate in the selected period. Hovering over the bars allows you to view the detailed value.
VAT Graph
The graph summarizes the VAT due based on territorial jurisdiction. Hovering over the bars allows you to view the detailed value.
Top 10 Products Graph
The graph summarizes the revenue of the top 10 best-selling products on each marketplace in the selected period. Hover over the bars to view the value in euros.
Download Report
In the section Accounting >> Dashboard, you can download detailed reports related to transactions for the selected period.
Transactions Report (CSV or XLS): This report contains all transactions for sales and returns to customers with all details useful for tax compliance.
Jurisdiction Report: This report contains all transactions for sales and returns to customers divided by tax jurisdiction and VAT rate, each type is on a separate tab of the Excel file.
Transfer Report: This report contains all intra-community transfers of products between Amazon logistics centers in different European countries.
Daily Shipment Report: This report contains the quantities shipped day by day for each product sold. Useful for warehouse management.
