You can access this section from the left menu [**Analytics >> Account Health**](https://app.zonwizard.com/analytics/account-health/).

In this section, you can view the health status of your seller account on each marketplace.

The summary tabs show an evaluation (good, fair, poor) for the following metrics:

* **Defective Orders**
* **Cancelled Orders**
* **Shipping Delays**
* **Customer Service**
* **On-Time Deliveries**
* **Valid Tracking**
* **Response Times**
* **Return Dissatisfaction**
* **Product Authenticity**
* **Product Safety**
* **Listing Policies**
* **Intellectual Property**

By clicking the **'details'** button, you can see detailed metrics with their respective scores related to:

* **Defective Orders**

  * Negative Feedback
  * A-Z Refunds
  * Chargebacks
* **Customer Experience**
  * Shipping Delays
  * Orders Cancelled Before Shipment
  * Return Rate
* **Shipment Tracking**
