Bulk Upload (Inventory Tool)
You can access this section from the left menu inventory >> Bulk upload.
In this section you can upload information about the following information by uploading Excel files:
Inventory quantity
Procurement time
Shipping Time to Amazon
Product details (SKU, dimensions and weight)
Set the same internal SKUs as the Marketplace SKUs
Add vendors to the master data
Bundled Products
Products ordered
Combining products
Packaging templates
Bulk upload - inventory quantity
In this section, you can upload information about the inventory quantities of the products in your warehouse.
This information is required as an initial system setup. Once the quantities have been set, the system will automatically keep the stocks updated, scaling the products shipped (sales orders, product shipments to Amazon warehouses) and adding the incoming products from purchase orders to suppliers.
It is possible to download different templates for uploading data:
Inventory template: containing only the headers and must be filled in line by line by the user.
Inventory template to configure: Includes products that don't have an inventory quantity set.
Current inventory template: It contains the quantities currently assigned to each product in your inventory.
All templates contain the following information that must be filled in line by line:
Product [sku or asin]: Product identification code. It is also possible to refer to the internal SKU if previously set.
Quantity: Total quantities of pieces per product
Bulk Upload - Procurement Time
In this section you can upload and update in bulk the information relating to the procurement times of your products (by ASIN or SKU): i.e. the time from the order to the supplier when it arrives in your warehouse
It is possible to download different templates for uploading data:
Procurement Template: containing only the headers and must be filled in line by line by the user.
Current Restock Times Template: Includes the supply times currently allocated to each product in your inventory
All templates contain the following information that must be filled in line by line:
Product [sku or asin]: Product identification code. It is also possible to refer to the internal SKU if previously set.
Restock Time [dd] : the number in days relating to the time of arrival of the goods in the warehouse
Bulk Upload - Shipping Time to Amazon
In this section, you can upload and update information about the shipping time of your products to Amazon (by ASIN or SKU) in bulk: i.e. the time from the moment you send a shipment to Amazon until the products are available for sale.
It is possible to download different templates for uploading data:
Shipping to Amazon template: containing only the headers and must be filled in line by line by the user.
Shipping Time to Current Amazon Template Includes the shipping times to Amazon currently set for your products
All templates contain the following information that must be filled in line by line:
Product [sku or asin]: Product identifier
Ship-to-Amazon Time [dd]* : the number in days related to the arrival time of the goods on Amazon

In this section, you can upload and update your product detail information (by ASIN or SKU) in bulk:

With this option, you can automatically assign SKUs so that they are the same between internal SKUs and Marketplace SKUs

Here you can add your suppliers in bulk
It is possible to download different templates for uploading data:
Supplier Template: containing only the headers and to be filled in line by line by the user.
Existing Supplier Templates Includes suppliers currently already entered in the master data of the Inventory-Suppliers section
All templates contain the following information that must be filled in line by line:
Name : company name or other identifying name of the supplier
Currency (EUR, USD, GBP..) : the currency used by the supplier at the time of the order
Country code (US - IT - CN..) : the country code of the supplier
Street: address intended as street and house number
Zip code: The supplier's zip code
City
Province
Contact Person: Name of the primary contact person for the supplier
Phone: Reference phone number
Email (optional) : Vendor email
Notes (optional): Notes and details that might be useful about the vendor

Bundled Products
A bundled product is a product that contains multiple units of the same product, in this tab you can update the bundle quantity of your products in bulk (by ASIN or SKU)
It is possible to download different templates for uploading data:
Bundle Products Template: containing only the headers and to be filled in line by line by the user.
Current Bundle Product Template: Includes the currently set bundle quantity for your products
All templates contain the following information that must be filled in line by line:
Product [sku or asin]: Amazon product identifier
Bundle Quantity - The quantity of bundles currently set on those products
Products ordered
In this tab you can upload and indicate in bulk the products ordered
It is possible to download the template for uploading the data:
Ordered Products Template: containing only the headers on the Product [sku or asin] i.e. the Amazon identification code of the product
Merge Products
In this tab, you can merge products in bulk.
Select a main product and the products to merge into it.
It is possible to download the template for uploading the data:
Template-Union-Products : containing only the headers to be filled in
Packaging Templates
In this tab, you can update the packaging details of your products in bulk (by ASIN or SKU).
These are pre-built boxes with specific dimensions and weights that you can use when creating your purchase orders and shipments to Amazon.

Existing packaging templates: the list of all existing packaging templates
All templates contain the following information that must be filled in line by line:
Product [sku or asin]: Amazon product identifier
Name - The amount of bundles currently set on those products
Unit of Measurement - 0 = Metric (cm-Kg) or 1 = Imperial (in,lb): Unit of measurement in centimeters and kilograms (metric system) or in inches and pounds (Imperial)
Units per box: quantity of products in the box
Box weight: weight per box
Box length : length
Box width: depth
Box Height: Height
Prep by - SELLER or AMAZON: who prepares the products if the seller or Amazon
Label by - SELLER or AMAZON : who labels the products if the seller or Amazon
Default 0 = NO - 1 = YES : Indicates whether preparation is required or not
