Dashboard (Profit Tool)

You can access this section from the left menu Profit >> Dashboard

In this section, you can view graphs related to:

  • Trend: This graph shows revenues, costs and profits for the selected period, on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. You can change the grouping period using the buttons within the graph.

  • Profitability: Total revenues, costs and profits for the selected period.

  • Orders-Returns: Number of orders and returns for the selected period, on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

  • Sales: Percentage of orders from PPC, promotions, or organic sales for the selected period.

  • Markets: Key KPIs (Revenues, Profits, Margin, ROI) for each marketplace. You can change the displayed KPI using the buttons within the graph.

  • Cost Items: Percentage of different types of costs incurred in the period.

Additionally, in the other tabs boxes, you can find the breakdown of all the amounts:

  • Profit: The amount resulting from the sum of revenues and costs for the selected period.

  • Orders: The amount resulting from the sum of orders

    • products

    • shipments

    • gift packages

    • promotions

  • PPC: advertising costs with the relevant percentages of ACOS and TACOS clearly stated

  • COGS: the amount resulting from the sum of product costs, FBM shipping costs, lost product costs and returned product costs. The ROI % and the impact % with respect to revenues are also shown here

  • FEES:

    • per unit FBA fees

    • referral fees

    • FBA shipping chargeback

    • refund retained fees

    • subscription fees

    • closing fees

  • Refunds: the total amount resulting from the sum of the returns. Here the total number of units and the % impact on revenues are specified

Advanced Filters

This section contains the advanced filter panel, accessible from the button with the "funnel" icon in the upper right corner.

Advanced filters

Using this panel, you can filter data by selecting one or more of the following parameters:

  • Fulfillment: FBA or FBM

  • Platform: Amazon or eBay

  • Marketplace: (e.g., amazon.de, amazon.fr...)

  • Category: product category detected by the marketplace

  • Brand: product brand

  • Parent: parent product of a group of ASINs

  • SKU - ASIN - Short Name: product

Advanced filters panel

Save Filters

If you frequently use filters with many options, you can save a filter so you can quickly recall it without having to re-enter all the options each time. Once the filter is applied, you can save it by clicking the button with the "floppy disk" icon. In the tab that opens, you can choose a name for the filter you are saving.

Save a filter

To recall a previously saved filter, click the downward arrow next to the button to access the filter panel.

Saved filters

You can delete a filter using the Trash button.
