FBA Shipments
The Inventory >> FBA Shipments section allows you to create, manage, and track inbound shipments to Amazon FBA fulfillment centers, following the entire operational flow from product preparation to receipt by Amazon.
Shipping list
The list shows all created FBA shipments and their progress.
Available columns
ID Shipment: Unique FBA inbound shipment identification number.
Creation date: Date the shipment was generated in the system.
Seller Reference seller.
Market Destination Amazon Marketplace.
Destination Amazon fulfillment center to which the goods are sent.
Products Number of SKUs included in the shipment.
Connected POs: Vendor purchase orders associated with FBA shipment.
Total Units: Total number of units contained in the shipment.
Riceived : Progress bar indicating the status of receiving units in Amazon warehouses.
Status Shows the progress of the shipment.
Actions
The Actions column allows you to quickly manage shipments:
Print item labels:
Opens the Print Labels section, where you can choose:
Print mode (thermal or standard)
Label width and height (in cm)
Duplicate Shipment:
Duplicate a shipment while maintaining the same products, quantities, and destination. Useful for reshipping the same items in the same quantities.
Delete Shipment:
Delete the selected shipment.

Filters
You can use the top bar to filter shipments by progress:
Products – Selecting and confirming items
Groups – Product grouping
Boxes – Assigning products to packages
Shipments – Shipment Creation and Confirmation
Tracking – Entering and monitoring tracking
Receiving – Receiving status in Amazon warehouses
Closed – Shipments completed
By clicking on the icon at the top right you can also filter by marketplace.

Create FBA inbound shipments
With ZonWizard you can create shipments to Amazon FBA easily and automatically.
The main advantages are:
Automatic inclusion of out-of-stock products
automatic calculation of quantities based on:
sales speed
desired stock days
Optimization of packaging in the smallest number of boxes, respecting the defined weight and dimensions
Path: Inventory >> FBA Shipments
Click on the button “+”
Select the integration and the target marketplace
Choose whether to pre-fill the shipment with low-stock products
If you activate the option, ZonWizard will automatically add the products that are running out
If you do not activate the option, you will be able to add products manually


Inbound shipping management
Path: Inventory → FBA Shipments → Shipment Details
Once you've created your shipment, you can manage all its operational phases. The process is divided into sequential steps, visible at the top of the page:

Groups
Boxes
Shipments
Tracking
Receiving
Closed

Phase 1: Products
At this stage, enter all the information necessary to correctly create the shipment.
Please indicate your starting address (including telephone number, required)
Add products, if not already automatically added
Specify the quantities to ship
Select shipping method:
single product
packaging template
Indicate who is responsible for preparation and labelling:
Amazon
Seller
Not required
(Optional) Insert:
expiration date
production batch
Print product labels
Once finished, proceed to the next step.

Phase 2: Groups
This step is only visible if Amazon offers shipping in separate groups. In that case, select the desired grouping.
Phase 3: Boxes
This step is only available if you have chosen to ship single products.
Here you can:
create the boxes specifying dimensions, weight and quantity
assign products to each box
print the picking list
Self-filling boxes
You can use the Autofill feature:
Enter the dimensions and maximum weight of the box
the system automatically generates the packaging in the smallest number of boxes possible
Once all units are boxed up, you can proceed to the next step.

Phase 4: Shipments
In this phase you define the logistical details of the shipment:
Select the placement option (one or more logistics centers)
Choose your transport mode:
SPD – little boxes
LTL / FTL – partial or full load
If you use LTL/FTL, please indicate:
pallet dimensions
pallet weight
Select:
courier
delivery window
Accept the proposed expense to proceed to the next step
Phase 5: Tracking
In this phase you can:
print labels for boxes and pallets
Enter your tracking number. These will be sent to Amazon, which will be able to monitor your shipment.
Phase 6: Receiving
At this stage, Amazon gradually receives the products.
ZonWizard automatically updates the received quantities
no manual intervention is required
Note: When the shipment enters the receiving phase:
the stock is deducted from the internal inventory
the average cost of FBA products is automatically updated, taking into account the new units received and the remaining stock
Phase 7: Closed
When Amazon reports shipment completion:
the status is updated automatically
You can check for any discrepancies between shipped and received units.
