# Overview

You can access this section from the left menu [**Inventory >> Overview**](https://app.zonwizard.com/analytics/p-inventory/).

The **Inventory Overview** section gives you a complete and up-to-date view of your inventory, both in your internal warehouse and in Amazon warehouses.

Specifically, you can use this view to:

* Evaluate inventory in the internal warehouse
* Make decisions about which products and quantities to purchase from suppliers
* Monitor inventory in Amazon warehouses
* Decide which products and quantities to send to Amazon fulfillment centers
* Receive notifications for low-stock products, with automatic suggestions for optimal quantities

The table is divided into two main areas:

* **Internal Inventory** (left side): inventory in your warehouse, prep center, or at suppliers
* **Marketplace Inventory** (right side): inventory in Amazon FBA warehouses or quantities allocated for FBM listings

## On-hand Internal Warehouse

The left side of the dashboard contains all the information relating to the products managed internally.

#### Available columns

* **Photo**  \
  Product identification image.
* **Product**\
  Product name .
* **Internal SKU** \
  Unique product identification code in the internal warehouse.\
  It can be edited by clicking directly in the field.
* **ASIN**\
  Unique code that identifies the product on Amazon.
* **Dimensions and Weight**\
  Physical specifications of the product, editable by clicking on the value.\
  Suppliers
* **Suppliers**\
  List of suppliers associated with the product.
* **Internal Inventory**\
  Currently available quantity and estimated days of supply.\
  The quantity can be updated manually.
* **Supply lead time**\
  Interval (in days) between order placement from the supplier and arrival in the warehouse.The value is editable.
* **Next purchase order**\
  Estimated date, remaining days, and recommended quantity for reordering.\
  The values ​​are automatically calculated based on the supply lead times and parameters defined in **Inventory Settings**.

**Note**\
Each internal product can be associated with multiple marketplace products.\
For example, the internal SKU `0001` can be sold on Amazon (FBA and FBM) and on Shopify with different SKUs.

### Internal warehouse information management

#### **Assign Internal SKU**

You can assign an **internal SKU** to each product, useful for inventory tracking.

This operation can be performed:

* directly from the **Overview** page
* in bulk mode from the [**Inventory >> Bulk Upload**](https://app.zonwizard.com/analytics/massive-upload/) section

#### **Set available inventory quantity**

You can indicate the quantity currently available for each product.

From this view you can also:

* check the remaining **coverage days**
* Check the **recommended reorder quantities**, automatically calculated based on the parameters set in **Inventory Settings**

## Marketplace Inventory

The right side of the dashboard displays inventory information on integrated marketplaces (Amazon FBA and FBM).

### Displayed data

* **SKU ,ASIN and Short Name**\
  Product identifiers in the relevant marketplace.
* **Sales over the last 30 days**\
  A chart showing the trend in units sold, useful for identifying changes in demand..
* **Trend:** Graph showing unit sales trends, useful for identifying changes in demand.
* **Sales velocity (price /day)**\
  Weighted average of sales over the last 30 days and the last week.\
  Days out of stock are excluded from the calculation.
* **Marketplace Inventory**
  * FBA: Quantity available in Amazon warehouses
  * FBM: Quantity allocated per listing\
    Also includes the estimated days of coverage.
* **Stock Value :** Total stock value in the Amazon warehouse
* **Shipping time to Amazon**\
  Days required to send products from the internal warehouse to Amazon.\
  Editable by clicking on the field.
* **Next Restocking**\
  Expected date, days remaining, and recommended quantity to avoid out-of-stocks.\
  The values ​​are automatically calculated based on the **Inventory Settings** parameters.

#### Actions Column

* ⭐ **Favorite**: Mark the product for quick filters
* 🚚 **Shipped to Amazon /** **Stop Supply**: Enable or disable restock alerts
* **❌ Stop supply**: enable or disable restocking alerts
* 🔀 **Separate**: Separate products previously combined under the same internal SKU
* 👁 **Detail**: Opens the inventory detail tab

In this section you can also:

* monitor **days of available stock**
* check the **quantities to send to Amazon** to maintain the desired inventory level&#x20;

If the same ASIN is sold with multiple SKUs, they are automatically associated with the same inventory product.

## Reorder products from the supplier

Path: **Inventory → Overview**

1. Filter products **To reorder**
2. Select products using the checkboxes
3. Click the **shopping cart icon**

The system automatically generates a purchase order.\
If the products belong to different suppliers, a separate order will be created for each supplier.

## Replenish produtcs to Amazon

Path: **Inventory → Overview**

1. Filter products To be replenish
2. Select the products using the checkboxes.
3. Click the **truck** icon &#x20;
4. Click **CREATE** to generate the inbound shipment

If the products belong to different integrations, a shipment will be created for each integration.

## Merge Inventory Products

You can merge products sold on different marketplaces under the same **internal inventory SKU**.

1. Select the products using the checkboxes.
2. Click **Merge Inventory**.
3. Select the main product in the modal.
4. Click **Merge**

## Filter by columns

You can search within individual columns. Clicking on the column header opens a drop-down menu that allows you to filter and browse the data according to your needs.

## Customize columns

Using the side filter panel, you can select or hide the columns you want to display based on your preferences.

## Reset columns

To reset the column sorting, click on the "reset columns" icon on the side and confirm the operation by clicking the blue "reset columns" button.<br>

You can use the search field in the top bar to locate products in the list.

From the **Inventory >> Overview** section, you can download:

* **Available Inventory (.xls)**\
  Current quantities in the internal warehouse
* **Marketplace Inventory (.xls)**\
  Available quantities on Amazon
* **Inventory on specific date (.xls)**\
  Quantity as of a specific date, useful for year-end valuation

### Inventory on specific date <a href="#g0ez4bs3omhg" id="g0ez4bs3omhg"></a>

By selecting this report type, you can view the inventory status for a specific date.

A modal will open where you can select the following filters:

* Date
* FBA
* FBM
* All

Once selected, you can download in CSV or XLS format.
