Transfers

You can access this section from the left menu Accounting >> Transfers.

This section summarizes transfers of products between European warehouses in Amazon's pan-European program.

The value of transfers is calculated on the unit cost assigned to the products, multiplied by the quantity of transferred products. If you use ZonWizard's Profit tool and have assigned the purchase cost of the products, this will be automatically detected. Otherwise, you will need to assign the value of the products in the assign product value section.

Assign Product Value

You can access this section from the left menu Accounting >> Transfers >> + >> Assign Product Value.

Here, you can assign a unit cost to your products. This cost will be used to calculate the value of goods transferred between Amazon warehouses in the pan-European program.

Assign Product Value as Percentage

For an approximate assignment of product value, you can indicate the value as a percentage of the selling price.

To do this, enter a percentage in the input field and click the "Assign to all products" button.

Assign Product Value from Profit Tool

If you have already assigned the cost of products within the Profit tool, you can retrieve the value of the products based on this.

To do this, simply click the "Update from profit tool" button.

Assign Product Value Manually

You can manually assign the value of products for each individual product by indicating the amount next to the products in the list and clicking the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

Assign Product Value with Excel

You can access this section from the left menu

Accounting >> Transfers >> + >> Assign Product Value with Excel.

Here, you can assign the value of products by uploading an Excel file following the instructions on the page.

Manage Tax Rate Warnings

You can access this section from the left menu Accounting >> Transfers >> + >> VAT rate warning management.

In this section, you will find products for which inbound or outbound transfers from the country have been detected, but for which sales have not yet been detected, so the software does not know the associated tax rate for the product.

You can thus confirm or modify the VAT rates associated with these products in each country.

Or, you can directly confirm the standard rate for all, by clicking the "Assign standard rate to all products in all countries" button.
