Marketplace Integrations

In this section, you can manage your integrations with different platforms from which sales data is uploaded.
You can access this section from User Menu >> Integrations
The supported marketplaces are:
Amazon Europe region
Amazon North America region
eBay all regions
You can connect multiple marketplaces to the same ZonWizard account.
If multiple accounts are connected, sales data will be aggregated. It is advisable to connect multiple accounts only if they belong to the same company.
To connect an Amazon account, go to User Menu >> Integrations >> Connect Amazon
From the dropdown menu of the "Connect Amazon" button, select your primary marketplace.
You will be redirected to Seller Central where you need to log in and accept the necessary conditions for ZonWizard to access your sales data.
Once the conditions are accepted, you will be redirected back to ZonWizard where your integration will appear as "connected."
After completing the integration with a marketplace, sales data synchronization will begin. A blue banner on the page will notify you that data download is in progress.
If you have connected an Amazon account and use advertising campaigns, you can also connect the advertising account by clicking the "Connect" button in the integration tab.
You will be redirected to the Amazon login page where you need to enter your credentials.
Once logged in, you will be redirected back to ZonWizard and you will see the "PPC Advertising" status as connected.
Linking the advertising account is only possible if you have a subscription that includes the Profit tool.
To connect an eBay account, go to User Menu >> Integrations >> Connect eBay
From the dropdown menu of the "Connect eBay" button, select your primary marketplace.
You will be redirected to eBay where you need to log in and accept the necessary conditions for ZonWizard to access your sales data.
Once the conditions are accepted, you will be redirected to ZonWizard where your integration will appear as "connected."
ZonWizard's access permissions to seller accounts have an expiration date, so it is necessary to renew them periodically (usually once a year).
To renew permissions, click the "Renew" button in the integration tab:
The same procedure already performed during the initial account connection will be executed.
You can delete the connection to your account by accessing User Menu >> Integrations and clicking the "trash can" button in the integration you want to delete.
Deleting the integration will also delete all associated data.
