Integrations
In this section, you can manage your integrations with different platforms from which sales data is uploaded.
You can access this section from User Menu >> Integrations
The supported marketplaces are:
Amazon Europe region
Amazon North America region
eBay all regions
Shopify
Woocommerce Shop
You can connect multiple marketplaces to the same ZonWizard account.
If multiple accounts are connected, sales data will be aggregated. It is advisable to connect multiple accounts only if they belong to the same company.
Connect Amazon Account
To connect an Amazon account, go to User Menu >> Integrations >> E-Commerce
Click "Add" for the Amazon Seller Central integration and select your primary marketplace from the drop-down menu.
You will be redirected to Seller Central where you need to log in and accept the necessary conditions for ZonWizard to access your sales data.
Once the conditions are accepted, you will be redirected back to ZonWizard where your integration will appear as "connected."
After completing the integration with a marketplace, sales data synchronization will begin. A blue banner on the page will notify you that data download is in progress.
Connect eBay Account
To connect an eBay account, go to User Menu >> Integrations >> E-Commerce
Click the “Add” button in the eBay integration and select your main marketplace from the drop-down menu.
You will be redirected to eBay where you need to log in and accept the necessary conditions for ZonWizard to access your sales data.
Once the conditions are accepted, you will be redirected to ZonWizard where your integration will appear as "connected."
Connect Shopify Account
To connect a Shopify account, navigate to User Menu >> Integrations >> E-Commerce.
Click the “Add” button of the Shopify integration
You will be redirected to Shopify's login page, where you need to sign in and approve the necessary permissions for ZonWizard to access your store data.
After granting access, you will be redirected back to ZonWizard, and your integration status will be displayed as "connected."
Connect Woocommerce Shop Account
To connect a Shopify account, navigate to User Menu >> Integrations >> E-Commerce.
Click the “Add” button of the Woocommerce integration
You will be redirected to a form where you will need to enter your store URL and click "Connect."
After granting access, your Woocommerce Shop integration status will be displayed as "connected."
Connect Amazon Advertising Account
If you have connected an Amazon account and use advertising campaigns, you can also connect the Advertising account by clicking on the "Add" button in the Amazon Advertising integration tab.
You will be redirected to the Amazon login page where you need to enter your credentials.
Once logged in, you will be redirected back to ZonWizard and you will see the "Amazon Advertising" status as connected.
Linking the advertising account is only possible if you have a subscription that includes the Profit tool.
Connect Meta Advertising account
To connect a Meta Advertising account, click the "Add" button in the Advertising Integrations tab.
You will be redirected to the Facebook login page where you will need to enter your login credentials.
Once logged in, you'll be redirected to ZonWizard and will see the "Meta Advertising" status connected.
Connect Google Ads Account
To connect a Google Ads account, click the "Add" button in the Advertising Integrations tab.
You will be redirected to the Google Ads login page where you will need to enter your login credentials.
Once logged in, you'll be redirected to ZonWizard and will see the "Google Ads" status connected.
Show connected profiles
Clicking "+" will display all the profiles you've connected for each Advertising integration.
Renew Authorization
ZonWizard's access permissions to seller accounts have an expiration date, so it is necessary to renew them periodically (usually once a year).
To renew permissions, click the "Renew" button in the integration tab:
The same procedure already performed during the initial account connection will be executed.
Delete Integration
You can delete the connection to your integration by accessing User Menu >> Integrations and clicking the "trash can" button in the integration you want to delete.
Deleting the integration will also delete all associated data.
