# OSS Thresholds

You can access this section from the left menu [**Accounting >> Sales Thresholds**](https://app.zonwizard.com/transactions/thresholds/2024/).

In this section, intra-community sales to private individuals in European and non-European countries are monitored.

You can select the period in the top right-hand corner.

Intra-community sales to other European countries can be taxed in one's own country only if the €10,000 net threshold has not been exceeded. Once the threshold is exceeded, the seller is required to apply the VAT of the European country of destination.
