Payments

In this section, you can:

  • view subscription information and status

  • modify or cancel the subscription

  • manage payment methods

  • view and download service invoices

You can access this section from User Menu >> Payments

Manage Subscription

In this section, you can see all the information regarding your subscription:

  • Type and price of the subscription

  • Subscription status

  • Billing period

  • Average monthly transactions

  • Active tools

The transactions volume is monitored based on the average of the last 60 days. When it exceeds the allowed limit, upgrading to a higher plan is required; conversely, if it falls below the limit, you will be notified of the possibility to downgrade to a lower volume plan.

Modify Subscription

In this section, you can modify your subscription.

You can access this section from User Menu >> Payments >> Modify Subscription or click the Modify button from the Payments section.

From the dropdown menu, choose the subscription plan you wish to activate.

Please note that you can only select plans higher than your monthly sales volume. For example, if you have an average sales volume of 300 orders/month, you will only see plans 500 or higher.

Once you have selected the new subscription, you can review the summary and confirm by clicking the "Modify Plan" button.

Cancel Subscription

To cancel your subscription, access User Menu >> Payments.

By clicking the Cancel button, you will be asked to confirm the cancellation of the subscription.

The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. If canceled during the free trial, the effect is immediate.

Reactivate Subscription

A previously canceled subscription can be reactivated by accessing User Menu >> Payments >> Reactivate Subscription

From the dropdown menu, choose the subscription plan you wish to activate.

Once you have selected the new subscription, you can review the summary and confirm by clicking "Purchase Now"

Manage Payment Methods

In this section, you can view information about your payment methods linked to Zonwizard:

  • add or remove payment methods

  • choose the preferred payment method

Add Payment Method

You can add a payment method by accessing User Menu >> Payments >> Add Payment Method.

Simply enter the details of the new card and save.

The newly added payment method is automatically selected as the preferred payment method.

Change Payment Method

To change the preferred payment method, access User Menu >> Payments

In the list, click the checkbox next to the card you want to activate as the preferred payment method.

Delete Payment Method

To delete payment methods, click on the trash can button.

The preferred payment method cannot be deleted.

Service Invoices

You can access this section from User Menu >> Payments, scrolling down the page.

In this section, you can:

  • view information about invoices related to the ZonWizard subscription

  • download invoices in PDF format

  • pay outstanding invoices

Download PDF Invoices

You can access this section from User Menu >> Payments, scrolling down the page.

To download invoices in PDF format, click on the down arrow icon in the "Download" column.

The service invoice is always issued in electronic format and delivered to the tax drawer and the SDI indicated in the billing information of the profile. The downloadable PDF is just a courtesy document.

Pay Outstanding Invoice

You can access this section from User Menu >> Payments, scrolling down the page.

To pay outstanding invoices, you can click the "Pay Now" button in the invoice row.
