Review and Feedback Requests

In this section, you can activate and manage rules for the automatic sending of review requests for all Amazon orders.
You can access this section through the menu Profit >> Review & Feedback.
In the section Profit >> Review & Feedback, you can activate automatic sending of product reviews and seller feedback requests. This means that the review request will be automatically sent for all orders.
All orders for which a return has been made and those of customers who have been added to the blacklist are always excluded from sending.
These settings apply to all products, but it is possible to assign differentiated settings for specific products.
Let's see below all the configurable settings:
With this option, you can specify how many days after the order has been delivered, you want the review request to be sent.
Amazon requires that it cannot be sent before 5 or after 30 days from delivery. Since Amazon provides only an estimated delivery date and time, we recommend staying within a range of 7 to 28 days.
You can set the time at which to send the review request. If this is not specified, the request will be sent at the same time the customer placed the order, assuming that if the customer had the time to make the purchase at that hour, he may also be free to write a review.
Alternatively, by specifying a specific time, the request will be sent for all orders at the time defined by the user, taking into account the customer's time zone.
With this option, you can choose to send the review request only to customers who have purchased the same product more than once.
This can be useful for consumer goods where the second purchase implies that the customer liked the product, thus increasing the likelihood of a positive review.
For sellers who use both Amazon's logistics and their own, it is possible to choose to send review requests only for orders from Amazon's logistics (FBA).
As a last option, you can activate the recognition of customers who leave negative seller feedbacks and automatically add them to the blacklist. This way, they will be excluded from the automatic review request sending, reducing the likelihood of leaving a negative review on the product as well.
By clicking the "Add" button, you can select a single product and assign settings different from the general ones.
For example, you can choose to deactivate the sending of requests or activate them only for repeat purchases.
If you have products that need more time to be appreciated, you can also choose to set a longer waiting time after delivery for sending the review.
By selecting the reference period, you can view statistics related to review sending.
You can see how many review requests have been sent, how many are pending and how many have been blocked due to returns or blacklisted-customers.
The chart is based on the order date and not on the review sending date. So it's normal that there are no orders with reviews sent in the more recent days because they are pending delivery.
