Reduced VAT Rates

You can access this section from the left menu Accounting >> Reduced VAT Rates.

In this section, you can view a table of products associated with a reduced VAT rate.

If you have joined the "Amazon VAT calculation and billing service" and have indicated the tax codes of your products in Seller Central, reduced rates are automatically detected. Otherwise, if you sell products with a reduced rate, you must enter them manually by clicking the "Add" button.

List of products with reduced rate

The table shows the following information for each product:

• ASIN - SKU

• Country

• Reduced VAT Rate

• Actions

Using the search box in the top bar, you can search by ASIN code, SKU, or rate.

By clicking the "+" button in the upper right corner, you can choose to assign reduced VAT rates to your products.

Assign Reduced Rate to Single Product

You can access this section from Accounting >> Reduced VAT Rates >> + >> Add Products.

If you want to assign VAT rates to your products in bulk go the section Accounting >> Bulk Upload >> Product VAT rates

Assign reduced rate to single product

Select the product, country and VAT rate, then click the "Save" button.

The reduced rate for the selected country will be associated with the product.

Remove Reduced Rate

You can access this section from the left menu Accounting >> Reduced VAT Rates.

To remove a reduced rate from a product, click the trash can icon in the product row.

Finally, confirm the operation. This will assign the standard rate of the indicated European country to the product.
