You can access this section from the left menu Profit >> Bulk Upload.
In this section, you can upload via Excel file information regarding:
purchase cost of product stocks
unit purchase cost of products
short names of products
external expenses
FBM shipping costs
In this section, you can upload information related to the cost of product stocks arriving at warehouses from which shipments to end customers will depart.
To learn the details of how the purchase costs are assigned, visit the profit - product details - assign purchase costs section.
If you want to directly upload the unit cost of products without entering all the stock information, see the section bulk upload unit product cost.
You can download various templates for data upload:
Empty Stock Template: contains only headers and is to be filled in line by line by the user.
Precompiled Stock Template with SKU: in addition to the headers, this template already contains all the SKUs present in the catalog.
Precompiled Stock Template with ASIN: in addition to the headers, this template already contains all the ASINs present in the catalog.
To Be Configured Stock template: in addition to the headers, this template already contains only the SKUs to which a cost has not yet been assigned.
Existing stock Template: in addition to the headers, this template already contains all the stocks previously uploaded.
All templates contain the following information to be filled in line by line:
Product [SKU or ASIN]: product identification code
Arrival Date [yyyy-mm-dd]: date of arrival at warehouse in format [yyyy-mm-dd] (e.g., 2024-03-20)
Automatic Remaining Units [0=No - 1=Yes]: 1 if you want ZonWizard to calculate the warehouse remainders and 0 if you prefer to indicate them manually
Warehouse Remainders [optional]: Number of products still in stock upon arrival of new stock, this value is not required if you set 1 to the previous value, or if you want to ignore the previous reminder
Production Cost: Cost of stock production
Shipping Cost: Cost of shipping the stock from the supplier to the warehouse from which shipments to customers depart
Customs Duties [optional]: costs for customs clearance
Other Costs [optional]
Quantity: Number of products shipped
All costs must always be indicated net of VAT. Only for sellers under the flat-rate tax scheme should costs be indicated including VAT.
By editing and re-uploading a previously uploaded file, you can modify the previously entered data.

In this section, you can upload the purchase cost of your products, simply specifying a product identifier and the unit cost. This is a simplified way of uploading product costs compared to the section Bulk Upload Stock Costs.

Product Unit Cost Template: contains only headers and is to be filled in line by line by the user.
Precompiled Unit Cost Template with SKU: in addition to the headers, this template already contains all the SKUs present in the catalog.
To Be Configured Unit Cost Template: in addition to the headers, this template already contains only the SKUs to which a cost has not yet been assigned
Current Unit Cost Template: in addition to the headers, this template already contains all the product costs as of today's date

Uploading this file assigns the unit cost of products starting from today's date. For products to which no unit cost has ever been previously assigned, the cost will also be associated with all orders before today's date.

You can download various templates for data upload:
Empty Expenses Template: contains only headers and is to be filled in by the user line by line.
Existing Expenses Template: in addition to the headers, this template already contains all the external expenses previously uploaded in the software.
All templates contain the following information to be filled in line by line:
Date [yyyy-mm-dd]: date of expense or start of recurrence
Recurrence: select whether the expense is one-time (0) or the recurrence frequency
0 = no
1 = daily
2 = weekly
3 = monthly
4 = annual
Until [yyyy-mm-dd]: end date of recurrence
Category: Expense category
Description: Expense description
Product [optional]: product identification code
Marketplace [optional]: marketplace name
Amount: of the expense or single recurrence

Order ID: Identification code of the order for which you want to assign the FBM shipping cost
FBM Shipment Cost: amount of shipping cost in EUR currency
