Inventory

You can access this section from the left menu Analytics >> Inventory.

You can use this section to evaluate inventory levels and manage product replenishment orders.

Additionally, you can receive notifications for products that need to be reordered along with quantity suggestions.

To receive notifications within adequate lead time and to have an optimal estimate of the reorder batches, you can verify or modify these settings:

The table provides the following information for each product:

  • Star: Click the star to add the product to favorites.

  • Cart: Click once to indicate that the product has been ordered or click twice to indicate to stop supply.

  • Product:

    • ASIN

    • SKU

    • Short Name

    • Platform (e.g., Amazon / eBay)

    • Region (e.g., EU, NA)

  • Quantity:

    • Inbound: quantity en route to Amazon warehouses

    • Transf: quantity in transit between Amazon warehouses

    • Avail: quantity available for sale

    • Reserved: quantity ordered or processing

    The bar shows the stock level compared to the optimal quantity.

  • Stock Value: value of products in stock (number of pieces multiplied by unit purchase cost).

  • Sales in 30 Days: number of sales in the last 30 days.

  • Sales Velocity: Sales velocity is calculated as the weighted average of sales over the last 30 days and last week, excluding out-of-stock days.

  • Days in Stock: duration of stock at current sales velocity.

  • Restock Time: lead time, from ordering from the supplier to the arrival of products at the warehouse from which shipments to customers depart, this is a user-configured time.

  • Recommended Reorder Date: based on user-entered parameters, the date within which to reorder products in order to avoid running out of stock.

  • Optimal Batch: the optimal quantity of products to reorder, calculated on the basis of sales velocity, warehouse storage cost, and product volume.

  • Replenishment:

    • No: Products do not need to be replenished.

    • Now: Products need to be replenished immediately, today's date is later than the optimal reorder date.

    • Soon: Products need to be replenished shortly.

    • Ordered: by clicking once on the cart column (left of the table), you can indicate that the products have been ordered.

Remember to click the cart button once after placing an order with the supplier, so you won't receive reorder alerts for that product until the next supply.

Search Inventory Products

Using the search field in the top bar, you can locate products in the list.

You can search based on:

Filter Inventory Products

Using the selection bar, you can choose to view inventory of products belonging to the following types:

  • Favorites: (assigned by the user)

  • Amazon or eBay

  • FBA or FBM

  • Low Stock

  • Inbound: products with shipments en route to Amazon warehouses

  • Reordered: products for which an order has been placed with the supplier (assigned by the user)

  • Out of Stock

Using the "Show only active listings" switch, you can choose to display only products that are active on at least one marketplace.

Inventory Report

In the top right-hand corner, you'll find the download button by which you can download the inventory report in CSV or XLS format.

The report presents the current inventory situation.

Inventory on Date

By selecting this type of report, you can obtain the inventory situation on a specific date.

You'll be presented with a modal where you can select the following filters:

  • Date

  • FBA

  • FBM

  • All

Once selected, you can download in CSV or XLS format.

The inventory on date report is useful for having the inventory situation as of December 31.
