You can access this section from the left menu .
In this section, you can view the list of your customers and explore their purchasing habits with details such as:
Customer's Country
Email (Amazon messaging alias)
Notes (user-added)
Billing Information
Number of Orders/Returns
Lifetime Value
Last Received Order
Purchased Products
You can use the search field in the top bar to find customers in the list.
You can search by:
Order Number
Promotion ID
SKU
ASIN
Brand
Category
Using the selection bar, you can choose to view customers belonging to the following types:
Amazon
eBay
Business: Business customers
Customer Refund: Customers who have made a return
Blacklisted: Customers added to the blacklist for review requests
Using the marketplace selection button, you can choose to display only customers related to a specific marketplace.
If the selection bar filters are active, the report will contain only the corresponding customers.
The customer report contains the following information:
Customer Identifier
Customer's Country
Number of Orders
Number of Returns
Total Purchases
Last Order (date and number)
Blacklisted
In this section, you can see all the details regarding a specific customer.
Notes: To remember useful information about the customer, you can enter notes in the text field.
Country
City
Email (Amazon messaging alias)
Blacklist: If you do not want to send automatic review requests to this customer, activate the switch to add them to the blacklist.

Lifetime Value
Order / Return History
Purchased Products
Short Name ()
By accessing the section and clicking the download button, you can download a report on customers.
You can access this section from the left menu >> click on the Customer.
