Dashboard (Analytics Tool)

You can access this section from the left menu Analytics >> Dashboard.

In this section, you can view graphs related to:

  • Order Map: Shows orders received for each country and region in the selected period.

  • Seasonality: Displays the average orders for each month of the year in the selected period.

  • Weekly Trend: Shows the average orders for each day of the week in the selected period.

  • Inventory Levels: Displays the quantity of products in warehouses located in different countries.

  • Non-Sellable: Shows the quantity of non-sellable products present in warehouses and the reason:

    • Expired

    • Defective

    • Damaged by the customer

    • Damaged by the distributor

    • Damaged in the warehouse

By clicking on a country on the map, you can see the details of individual regions. Additionally, clicking on the region allows you to see the details of orders received in that specific region.

This section is useful for identifying customer purchasing habits in different countries or regions and developing targeted marketing or sales strategies.

In the right-hand tabs, you can find:

  • the maximum number of sales made in a month and in a day

  • the total value of the stock with breakdown for FBA and FBM logistics

  • the number of products that are close to running out of stock. Clicking on the number shows the details of the products.

Additionally, in the bottom tabs, you can find an overview of the seller's performance on Amazon marketplaces.

Advanced Filters

This section contains the advanced filter panel, accessible from the button with the "funnel" icon in the upper right corner.

In this panel, you can filter the data by selecting one or more of the following parameters:

  • Fulfillment: FBA or FBM

  • Platform: Amazon or eBay

  • Marketplace: (e.g., amazon.de, amazon.fr...)

  • Category: product category detected by the marketplace

  • Brand: product brand

  • Parent: parent product of a group of ASINs

  • SKU - ASIN - Short Name: product

Save Filters

If you often use filters with many options, you can save a filter so it can be quickly recalled without having to re-enter all the options each time. Once the filter is applied, you can save it by clicking the button with the "floppy disk" icon. In the tab that opens, you need to choose a name for the filter you are saving.

To recall a previously saved filter, click on the down arrow next to the button to access the filter panel.

You can delete a filter using the Trash icon.
