In this section, you can view and manage information regarding the inventory of each individual product.
You can access this section from the menu Analytics >> Inventory >> Click on the product.
In this section, you can assign the replenishment lead time for each individual product.
The replenishment lead time is the number of days that elapse from the moment an order is placed with the supplier until the products arrive at the warehouses and become available for shipment to end customers.
To assign the restock time, enter the number of days in the input field and click the "Update" button.
It is also possible to assign the restock time for many products in bulk by uploading an Excel file.
In this section, you can see:
the warehouse levels chart: with the quantities of the product in the logistics centers country by country
the recommended reorder date: for this date to be accurate, it is necessary to previously set the replenishment lead time
recommended reorder quantity: for this quantity to be accurate, it is necessary to have correctly set the optimal stock calculation coefficients
In this section, you can see a chart with the trend of the product's stock levels in the warehouse over the last 90 days.
In this section, you can see information related to the stock:
Total sellable units
available
inbound
in transit
Total non-orderable units
ordered
processing
unprocessable
Stock value: calculated as the number of pieces multiplied by the current unit purchase cost.
Sales velocity: calculated as the weighted average of sales over the last 30 days and last week, excluding out-of-stock days.
Revenue potential: from sales of the entire stock at the current price
In this section, you can see a chart with the quantities and status of non-sellable products in stock.
The status of non-sellable products can be:
Expired
Defective
Damaged by the customer
Damaged by the distributor
Damaged in warehouse
